I provide selected original paintings to you free of charge as a loan. The pieces enhance your interior and create a distinctive atmosphere for your guests or clients. In return, I place a small, discreet sign next to each painting showing the title, price, and a QR code linking to my website.

Your walls stay dynamic.

When a visitor purchases a piece via the QR code, I handle everything. The artwork is collected, and I seamlessly provide a new original in its place. Your interior quietly evolves — without any effort on your part.

How the loan works

1. Choose the paintings you like under “Available Paintings” and send me a request.
2. We agree on the selection and arrangement together. I’m happy to help with the arrangement.
3. I bring the paintings by or send them by post, at my expense.
4. You hang the paintings. Next to each one goes a small sign with title, price and QR code, which I provide.
5. The loan runs for at least two years. If a painting sells in that time, a new original takes its place.

Questions about the loan

What is an art loan?

An art loan means I provide originals without you paying for them. The paintings remain my property, hang with you for at least two years and can be bought at any time. When one sells, a new one follows. You get real art, I get exhibition space.

What does the loan cost?

Nothing. In return, a small, discreet sign next to each painting shows the title, the price and a QR code linking to my website. I also take care of delivery or shipping.

Can I rent the paintings instead?

You don’t need to rent them: with me you borrow the paintings, free of charge. If you were looking to rent art, you get the same thing, originals on your walls without having to buy them, just without monthly rental costs.

Who delivers and hangs the paintings?

I bring the paintings by or send them by post, at my expense. Hanging them is up to you: drilling into other people’s walls is also a question of insurance. I’m happy to help with the arrangement.

How long does a loan run?

At least two years, so that selection, delivery and coordination are worthwhile for both sides. If a painting sells in that time, I replace it with a new original.

What happens if a guest wants to buy a painting?

The guest buys directly from me via the QR code; there’s no work for you. I handle everything: the artwork is collected, and I seamlessly provide a new original in its place. Your walls never stay empty.

Can we buy a painting ourselves?

Yes, at any time. If you or your team fall for a painting, you can buy it directly from me. The prices of all available originals are in the portfolio.

What happens if a painting gets damaged?

In that case you take over the painting at the listed price. I don’t have separate insurance for the loans. It’s best to check with your business insurance beforehand whether borrowed art is covered.

Which spaces is the loan suitable for?

For places where people spend time: cafés, restaurants, hotels, law firms, practices and shops. Since September 2026, for example, several originals have been hanging at Gebrüder Münch in Bretten.

Is the loan only available in Berlin?

No. My studio is in Berlin, but I offer the loan regardless of location. Outside Berlin I send the paintings by post; at Gebrüder Münch, for example, they hang in Bretten. Just tell me where your business is.

Which paintings can I choose?

All originals that are currently available. Under “Available Paintings” you can filter them by orientation, size and colour, and in the form you select the ones you’re interested in. Nothing quite right? I also paint on commission.
